This is a mandatory class for all new members of STAR. To keep your membership active, you must attend New Member Essentials within 60 days of joining the Association.
In addition, both the Code of Ethics and FairHousing training are mandatory requirements for all REALTORS® and mustbe completed within 60 days of joining the Association.

Fair Housing Requirement
All new members are also required to complete NAR’sFairhaven Fair Housing Simulation within 60 days of joining.
