Participants will learn how lenders evaluate borrowers using capacity, credit, and collateral; understand required documentation and underwriting; review credit reports and scores; explore common loan types and down payment assistance options; and gain the knowledge needed to clearly explain the loan process and required disclosures to buyers and sellers.
