The Diversity Committee, in collaboration with the Real Estate for All Alliance (REFAA), meets on the second Wednesday of each month to provide a platform for members to engage in meaningful discussions and initiatives that promote inclusivity, equity, and community engagement within the real estate industry. Meetings held during the second month of each quarter are conducted in person only, while other meetings are offered in person or via a hybrid format to ensure accessibility and broad participation.
