This course meets the 3 hour Core Law education requirement by Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and covers chapters 1, 2, and 3 of the "Continuing Education for Florida Real Estate Professionals" book. There is no test required to complete this course. Florida licensees will earn 3 hours of Core Law CE Credit upon successful course completion.
